I came, i saw and not going back!!
Disliked: I booked this accommodation in April 2022, long before my stay on the 16th November. On the day of arrival all i had was a confirmation from Booking.com that my one night stay would be at Scandic Hotel. On arrival at the hotel i was told they had no booking of my stay and i was sent to a sister hotel. This round trip cost me money and precious time, as i had travelled all the way from north Norway. I was dog tired on arrival with alot of lugguage and if it was not for a very kind bus driver who helped me, only God knows what would have happened that dark night!! Obviously the hotel manager tried her best as i was livid to say the least. I was not impressed when she tried to blame Booking.com for the blunder the hotel had made. All in all i received an apology from B.C, but not from the hotel. Would i use them again, absolutely not and i do not recommend hotels that make blunders, then try to blame it on the booking agent, its totally unacceptable. Why couldn't she just say sorry for the mistake, but she refused to admit it was the hotels fault. So no more Scandic hotels for me in this lifetime, this one has left its mark!

Handy to airport, clean and comfortable.
Liked: The property is close to Oslo airport so very convenient for travellers arriving late at night and flying out the next day.
Disliked: The property was fine - a generic hotel that was clean and comfortable but had nothing to distinguish it from countless other airport hotels around the world.

Lovely Stay - Lovely Food.
Liked: We were moved to another Scandic Hotel at the airport due to the other housing refugees. The hotel we were moved to was lovely and staff very friendly.

Fine, good for an airport stopover.
