Disliked: Bar/bistro closed for the full duration of our stay.Booked a suit, the room had two floors access to main bedroom via spiral staircase. You cannot take a suitcase up to the main bedroom where the wardrobe is.Room was always cold Ac only delivers cold air. Spoke to reception a portable heater was provided. Didn’t really solve the problem.Sink and shower drain omitted bad smells especially after long time without use, overnight.Hotel has a scaffold covering the whole exterior of the hotel. It’s gets noisy when any wind passes over or through it.

Great breakfast and location in...

Liked: The location is prime walking distance to most central Copenhagen attractions. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of options. We were looking forward to it each morning. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The rooms are outdated, and small renovations are needed everywhere.
