A very nice stay overall
Liked: Very nice area of breakfast, very fresh food and a lot of variety for all tastes. A hotel with easy access from the airport. Nice view to the river.
Disliked: Had a small delay in the check out due to accounting problem.

Great location and breakfast
Liked: This is our second time staying here. Great location. Walkable to all the Christmas markets and train. Breakfast was excellent. The young Asian woman that checked us in was very helpful and efficient. She stands out as one of the few hardworking front staff there.
Disliked: A few of the front desk staff are a bit untrained and gave us wrong information. Also, I noticed there was a water leak from the water station and told a working staff who was busy “decorating” the Christmas tree (she was just tinkering with the placement of the gnomes). Instead of cleaning up the water, which could’ve been a hazard for guests, she told us to let the front desk know. We were currently in line to check in and there was a long queue. Left the lights on for maid service but room wasn’t done. Had to asked maid for new towels and she wasn’t happy about it.Our second room didn’t have an espresso machine. Just instant coffee and a kettle.

Bad reception, but room was...
Liked: Very clean and modern room. The location is convenient!
Disliked: One female receptionist was very unfriendly and had a rude attitude. (22.12.2024, 15:00-16:00) This was the first time I had such an experience.it was the worst service I have ever received at a hotel. I just wanted to check in but ended up feeling uncomfortable.However, another receptionist during check-out was very friendly and polite, just like in other hotels. Still, the poor attitude of the first receptionist left a lasting bad impression. I honestly wonder why she works here. I didn’t expect outstanding service, but the reception is the face of the hotel, so staff should be at least somewhat friendly and polite. It was disappointing.
