Liked: Excellent location and friendly staff. The breakfast had a rich selection of food.
Disliked: The room temperature was a bit low (~17 C°) and not adjustable. After asking at reception they immediately provided an electrical heater (radiator) that solved the problem.

Liked: This hotel is conveniently located with just a short walk to the metro. The breakfast is great. Room was nice and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Our room had a bathtub instead of a shower, and the high edge made it difficult to get in and out, with a risk of slipping on the wet floor

Liked: The location was great, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The internet connection worked well, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Disliked: I originally booked a reservation for two people, but somehow it was changed to one person(I have the screenshots). I contacted the hotel and they informed me that upon arrival, I would need to pay an additional 200 DKK per day for my partner to stay. The room was very small, and cleaning services had to be requested specifically. The bathroom was also cramped, and the bathtub was positioned uncomfortably high, making it quite nerve-wracking to get in and out safely. Additionally, the TV couldn’t connect to the Chromecast, and the air conditioning either wasn’t working or was so weak it made no difference.

Liked: Breakfast is amazing, Very variety! The staff are very kind and helpful. The location isn’t in the center of city, but we can easily go anywhere with the train, the train station is 5 minutes away with walking.
Disliked: The room is a little small.
