Perfect

Liked: Perfect location, was able to get the tram to wherever I wanted and sometimes walked to locations in the town. The mall is right behind the hotel also. Everything was so amazing about this hotel.
Disliked: I liked everything. The room, the staff, the location, the food the lot. I will be staying here again when I return to Sweden in January.

Liked: The location is very closed to the train station. The shopping mall is just next door.
Disliked: We stayed for three nights, but nobody clean the room. So the bathroom got a bit dirty, and the towels weren’t replaced during our stay. When I inquired at reception, they informed me that I needed to request room cleaning. This was new to me.

Excellent hotel in the centre...

Liked: The choice of breakfast was massive and very good. We ate at night once in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.The location of the hotel could not have been better with the Gamla Ullevi and Central Station within a couple of hundred meters. There is also a shopping centre next door with plenty of eateries in the vicinityVery happy with the room and the comfort of itThe staff were extremely welcomingA great hotel which is fitting as the city is also great
