Liked: breakfast and room
Disliked: I was charged twice. Despite of the prepayment via booking on Nov 2nd, the hotel sent me an online check in form on Nov14th where I had to enter a credit card. I was charged again 291 US$. Awaiting a SOON refund!!All in all a real mess for a frecuent traveler: hundreds of messages and reminders to my e-mail... this makes the experience not that easy to administer.

Great stay in Stickholm

Liked: Located conveniently across the main train station and adjacent to the metro station, the location is just one of the great things about this hotel. It is very close to the old town (Gamla Stan), and all other popular tourist attractions. The breakfast served in the morning is good with a wide spread and number of options for meat eaters and vegans. The gym is spacious, nicely equipped and available round the clock. The friendly staff interact with a smile and their behaviour does not depend on your passport or colour of your skin.
Disliked: The basic rooms could be slightly smaller for two people.
