Very satisfied with 2 stays,...

Liked: Great location in a very beautiful and walkable city.Short walk to cruise ship terminal for a Norwegian coastal cruise with Havila Cruises.Very spacious lobby and dining room with an excellent breakfast.Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff at reception and registration.Unless you are on a very limited budget, stay away from the economy rooms.Rooms in the main building (of 2) are newer and larger.

Great location, but not great...

Liked: Close to the harbour and main facilities. Breakfast was nice and not too far from the main carpark in Bergen. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel has conference rooms that are hired out for parties. (Which I didn’t see advertised) So on both nights of the stay (Friday/Saturday) there happened to be loud thumping music until 11 followed by loud singing and guests down the corridors until past midnight.

Recomand;)

Liked: Very nice hotel and room. Clean. View amazing:) (7 floor) Price on norwagien standards very good. Breakfast ok.
Disliked: Could not find the wifi. Recepionist had on her phone on mine it hasn't show. I haven't such problems in other accommodation.

Not bad but room for...

Liked: Easy Check-In and Check-Out. Breakfast was ok. Very good location close to the center and 5 minute walk to Bryggen.
Disliked: The water was cold, or took very long to get warm. Rooms are super small.
