An ok place to stay,...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: We had a room that had no access to fresh air for a comfortable night of sleep. The carpet floors were not well cleaned. The breakfast was not comparable to the breakfasts at yhe hotels we stay at otherwise in Trondheim.

Excellent location

Liked: Two night stay in excellent location. Arrived very late and security/ night porter excellent. Breakfasts great.
Disliked: Standard room a bit small with no view and had to run the shower for 5 minutes before there was hot water!

Great location in Trondheim

Liked: Good position in Trondheim with the airport bus stop right outside. King room was comfortable. Lovely breakfast room.
Disliked: We stayed for one night on this occasion and breakfast was exceptionally busy. Hard to find a seat and hot buffet could not keep up with demand.

Excellent staff service.

Liked: Excellent service particularly from a couple of the staff including Luka and another male staff member whose name we didn't catch but he helped us on Thursday 13 March at 8:30am, he was working on the concierge desk. Please ensure both these staff members are given our compliments.Also our compliments to the staff who serviced breakfast, as they were very attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing that comes to mind.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Great location, just a little empty but that's fine as it was a quite time of year. Staff were helpful and the facilities were good. Thank you. I would recommend to friends and colleagues.

Liked: Location and Breakfast were great. Facilities, room, etc were average.
Disliked: Room location overlooking breakfast area. Nothing special about the facility to warrant its price other than availability. It's all we could find for one night to connect us between train from Oslo and boat to Tromso.

Liked: Good location in a nice central part of the city - very close to cafes and bars.. Clean and comfortable room and hotel. Good breakfast.
