Decent accommodation outside of central...

Liked: This time I decided to stay at a Scandic hotel that is a bit outside of downtown Stockholm, and I think the quality is here way better in comparison to the hotels in the centre. Big, comfortable room, clean bathroom. Lots of different tasty options for breakfast. Affordable pricing. Hotel is easily accessible by public transportation. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Internet was at many times distorted, I was receiving pop-ups about unsafe internet connection, so had to use my own data. For some reason, it was not possible to open windows in my room.

Solid foundations and overall OK

Liked: Good location, good room layout & amenities, very nice breakfast choice and quality. Staff were OK but certainly not overly friendly or welcoming.
Disliked: * To our surprise, they tried to make us book slots for breakfast d/t ongoing renovation (part of breakfast room is closed) and only offered slots that did not suit us. This is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. If you need to do construction work, either ensure there is no disruption for guests, or clearly state the disruptions during booking!* A lot of cost cutting being sold as "because of the environment". Example: If you want room cleaning, you need to let the reception know the day before. However, the reception is always busy and with queues, and there is no telephone in the room. They give you a card with a QR-code containing a phone number, which is useless if you do not have local mobile.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Liked: Great location for us. Our son lives close by.
Disliked: Breakfast ended too early.

Liked: Despite the renovations at the time, it was a nice stay. Rooms were nice with basic amenities, and the staff were friendly.
