Liked: It's not far from the beach. You can walk there.
Disliked: There's a bad smell in the room, I don't know where it's coming from. Lots of hair and dust on the bed. The washbasin is too shallow, and water always splatters everywhere when you use it. The bathroom plumbing is not good, it is impossible to take a good bath, can only be flushed out of the water.

Keep expectations at a minimum.

Liked: Excellent location! Very close to State street and the beach.
Disliked: They must have been understaffed as the room and bathroom could have been cleaned more.

Liked: Location was awesome! Right near the Beach.....

Disliked: The hotel was filthy. The television or refrigerator didn't work. They moved us to another room that was even worse. It smelled like fish. The owner put a car air freshener in the room to cover up the smell. We didn't stay for longer than 30 minutes.

Disgusting service and below standard...

Liked: Nothing. Nada. I walked in with my 22 lb service dog, a jack russell that I had put into my booking. I was harassed by the girl at front desk immediately. She told me I had to have a service dog ID. That is a lie. Then she wanted to know my disabilities, and I told her she was not allowed to ask for the name of the disability but could ask me what the dog helps me with concerning my disabilities. She threatened me with bringing in a black light after I leave to check for urine and if they decide there is urine or more I lose my $100.09 deposit. My dog is trained and never goes to bathroom indoors. He even lays on a clean blanket that I bring because I don't trust the cleanliness of their bedding. She finally brought out a form for me to fill out for the service dog which I filled out as I have done at other hotels. When I got my bill she had deducted $35.00 as though my dog is a pet. I called and they said it was in the process of being refunded but it never was. I am sending them a letter to refund and if they don't I will sue them under the ADA, Americans with Disabilties Act. I am notifying the better business bureau too. Lousy experience I did not feel well after the encounter. Stressed me out with her threats and I was only staying there because of my finances. Disliked: See above. The Services was crap. The room was crap. The staff was crap and they intentionally violated the ADA for my service dog and charged me a pet fee even after I booked my service dog with me. Identified him as a service dog and filled out the service dog form. Desk clerk threatened me with telling me they were going to bring in a black light to check for urine after I leave. I figured then they were going to mess with me and they did by taking part if of my deposit.
