Would not stay here again for the price I paid. Definitely did not meet my expectations.

Liked: Friendly staff and great pub with great service. Bell hops were excellent.
Disliked: Room was below average; no counter space in bathroom; blasé TV channels. View from our window was a construction site; elevators very slow and parking lot was quite a distance from hotel.

Disliked: The check in process was ridiculous 3 ppl behind the counter but only 1 doing the check in so the wait was horrible, parking in the lobby was unorganized, and extending the check out time was unknowledgable.

Disliked: I reported issues to the front desk and there was no response or solution: the sunken bed mattress; the dirty balcony/terrace. We stayed there 2 more nights under another reservation and after a reminder, the issues were not solved.

Disliked: On arrival on Fri 22nd March the hotel didn't recognise my booking which I did through booking.com .So another room was booked direct with the hotel. To my annoyance the hotel subsequently has also charged my credit card for the original booking which they couldn't identify on arrival. Despite providing all requested information and images of documents on the app the hotel and booking.com have so far not refunded me for the original booking which is a clear booking system issue between them and the hotel.
