Exceptional and memorable

Liked: The room was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped in we felt like it was cosy and welcoming. From the pickup next to the bed to the water boiler, we could just stay inside and enjoy our vacation
Disliked: Not much I can say. Great experience

Good room, good location, helpful...

Liked: Very good location close to train station Blaak, the old harbor, food (including the Markthal) etc. Nicely furnished and quite spacious room with a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a wardrobe and hooks for hanging jackets, and a big bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability. If we come to Rotterdam in the future, we would be happy to stay here again.
Disliked: We had some problems with the temperature of the room, but this was solved with the help of the staff. We stayed for three nights and would have liked to get some more coffee pods, but the cleaning staff probably chose not to enter our room because we had the 'do not disturb'-sign on our door quite a lot. Overall, no major problems or complains.

Arrogant staff

Liked: Location, 8 mins walk from markthal
Disliked: The 2 front counter staff on duty on the day i check in, very arrogant and i don't know why are they there if they are not committed to their job.Stay 2 nights,we requested for housekeeping, the rule required us to scan a QR Code but doesn't seem to work, we spoke to the front counter staff, she said will help to arrange housekeeping for us, but when we returned to the hotel at night, no room housekeeping was done.

Modern hotel on a perfect...

Liked: Perfect location, modern feeling, friendly staff, large shower and comfortable bed.
Disliked: It could be cleaner, some stains & dust in the bathroom.
