Very poor

Disliked: The rooms were dirty, we stayed one night and left to find other accommodation as it was below our expectations. The staff were fine they gave us our money back for the unused nights. On the flip side the location is fantastic. If they cleaned it up it would be a great place to stay.

If your after location.. perfect!...

Liked: Perfectly positioned in Double Bay , plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops etc
Disliked: Staff seemed disorganised/distracted, haphazard floor plan and certain parts rundown!
