Liked: Great place to stay. The people were so nice and the rooms were very clean and I actually had the hottest shower I've ever had in a hotel with plenty of pressure. The beds were great. We enjoyed this place so much we booked it for our stay next year before we left.

Bed bugs are the worse....

Liked: We liked the location. The property was conveniently located to where we wanted to be. Although we didn't eat, but breakfast was also a good option, if you wanted to eat at the hotel.
Disliked: BED BUGS! That's right, we had a bed bug problem. The first night in the hotel was going well, so we thought. The room smelled musty from the HVAC unit that needed to be cleaned but we just went to Walmart and picked up some air freshener to fix that.At some point during the first night, I was awakened by my hand and arm stinging and burning. I got up and went into the bathroom to look at my hand and arm. There were a couple of small bumps on the top of my hand that were stinging and burning. I washed my hand and arm with to see if that would help because I didn't have anything to put on it. I was concerned of what may have bit me, but I didn't see anything. I checked the bed as best as I could without wakening my wife. I didn't see anything, so I went back to sleep.The next night I was awaken around 2am with my arm stinging. This time I turned on the lights and moved the pillow and there was a bug crawling. I looked closer and it was a bed bug. I called to my wife and woke her up to check herself out and it was a bed bug crawling on her pillow. I called the front desk and told the staff. I asked if he knew that they had a bed bug problem. He said no not currently but we have in the past, and that all hotels get them from time to time. He said that he could possibly move me to another room or that I could talk to the manager in the morning. I'm thinking what the hell, if this room has them what about the rest of the rooms. Also, my wife takes meds so she can sleep and moving her right now would be a challenge along with all our stuff. I asked if he had something that I can use to spray the room. He said no, they will just call an exterminator to spray the room. I sat up the rest of the night looking for dang bugs, there was no way I could sleep in that room or any room. After taking with the manager, she apologized, and said she could not give me back much of a refund because we booked the room through Booking.com.

Disliked: I had requested adjoining rooms, but when we went to check-in we were on 2 different floors! They were able to juggle some rooms with guests that had not yet arrived, and we ended up with rooms next door to each other.
