Liked: Its a old property but very large room with 65 inch tv . And very clean room. Has new mattress . This is my second trip in alamogordo , first time i stay in other hotel and room are small .

Disappointing

Disliked: No breakfast, room wasn’t ready for check in. Was told to wait for the third room to be ready. Toiletries were of poor quality. No value for money.

The worst!

Disliked: They gave a key to our room to someone else in the middle of the night. We had someone come into our room when we were sleeping

Liked: Three beds one room.
Disliked: Everything. I didn’t like being charged $40 cash for a pet fee when the booking required payment in full for a pet friendly room. No receipt either. I didn’t like the train at night. I didn’t like the schizophrenic lady ten rooms down on a different level yelling for two hours. I didn’t like the knife cut on the door. The lighting was poor. However, this was the only place in town with space. I typically would not stay in a motel. I was worn out and didn’t have time to look elsewhere.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The owners were rude. They harassed my children and even banged on the door, forcing it open, demanding g for an ID from my 18 year old son. Our rights were violated. My kids were so upset we left back AZ. I had to call and make a police report. Do NOT stay here. You will regret it.
