5 star reviews and brochure...

Liked: Paulina was very helpful. Loved the wine and snacks. Bed was comfortable and extra sitting room was nice. TV's were nice. Location off of Heights very charming. Enjoyed the soaps, lotions and overall vibe.
Disliked: Somehow I missed that there was no breakfast. We also had very weak water pressure in our sinks. The outside porch did not look like the pictures and seemed worn down. Would like to come back but would probably need a breakfast added or a room with a porch. Felt a tad claustaphobic in the Floral Suite with no view or windows in sitting room.

Convenient location in a cute...

Liked: Great location in the Heights! Close to many restaurants and easy to walk the neighborhood.
Disliked: Other guests can be easily heard throughout the inn- conversations in the halls and going in and out of doors.

A beautiful clean, and nice...

Liked: Clean , nice , spacious.
Disliked: Lady is who maintains the room was nice, lady at front desk did not look happy to be there.

Liked: The location, value, and history were excellent. The complimentary wine and coffee station were nice. The front porch was a comfortable place to sit.
Disliked: Self check in, cleanliness, and some maintenance.

Liked: What breakfast?!? Not even coffee! The bed was nice...that's about it.
Disliked: No one talked to us to let us know what amenities like coffee were available. No warmth in staff. So we didn't have breakfast or even coffee. And coffee is important to me. And kleenex in the room would have been nice. For the price of one night, I give Sarah's a "meh" rating.
