Good

Disliked: Didn’t know it was managed remotely, which I didn’t mind. However, I don’t see anywhere in the confirmation emails that it was or how to check-in. Upon calling for assistance, I was told I was sent a text with check-in instructions or keypad code for my room. I never received a text or email with this important info.

Very good! Will stay again.

Liked: Good location. Good price. Saranac has a lot to offer too!
Disliked: Walls were a little thin. Shower took a while to get hot.

The price was good and...

Liked: The room itself was good. Absolutely no frills; just a bed and shower. The coffee pot and refrig were not used. It seemed to be very clean.
Disliked: The grounds had snow banks that I had to climb over to get into my room and back to my car. I am 81 years old and terrified of falling. Nothing was kept up and I actually passed right by the facility because the driveway was packed with snow and I didn't see it.
