Liked: Good location and convenient although expensive parking. Room and bathroom both v comfortable. Comfy beds.
Disliked: The breakfast was average, running out of croissants, cutlery, honey, cheese... no coverings for the food.Very little in the way of beverages or a biscuit in the room.

Disliked: This is not a 5 star hotel, I paid extra to be in a bigger room, but it was never. 34 sq meter. Breakfast was ok, but definetly not 5 star,. Personel seemed young and inexperienced, altough polite. I could hear the other guest in other rooms being intimate, so far from sound proof. Having a card on my bed adressed to another guest also shows the team is simply not ready to deliver a 5 star experience.Finally, not good to notificatie me of construction work going on after I book.

Disliked: Street construction a key issue, although perhaps compensated by price.Breakfast was good but not exceptional, dining options were fine.Room under the rafters was awkward, even a safety hazard with multiple supporting struts. We didn’t ask to change — perhaps a mistake— to stay higher above street construction
