Liked: The hotel is stunning! I found the hotel using the BringFido app because O have a small dog. When I arrived, they said they don't allow pets. I was able to stay, because she is a service animal. They were very kind, but they should not be listed on the app as being pet-friendly.

Liked: Super modern , everything looked new, clean rooms has fridge sink etc...

Liked: The grounds and room were spectacular, very elegant and comparable to resorts in Palm Springs California. There were many good restaurants in Tecate.
Disliked: Whoever designed the grounds did not provide a elevator or driveway to the entrance of the hotel so you have to hike up a flight of 40 or so steps with your luggage. The hot tub was not in operation during our stay. The hot tub is a little unsafe as there are no steps or railing to get into the tub.
