Liked: This hotel provided the most exceptional stay we have ever experienced. The facilities were outstanding, and the restaurant was one of the finest we’ve visited, offering both exquisite food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. However, the most remarkable aspect was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth.Special mention to Alex, whose impeccable wine knowledge, fascinating stories, and personal attention made every dinner unforgettable. Denusha and Henrique also enhanced the dining experience with their kindness and flawless service. At breakfast, Wendy, Erika and Lucas brightened every morning with her care and cheerfulness. Also they have the BEST BREAKFAST IN EUROPE!!!The bar was another highlight, thanks to Manuel, who crafted perfect drinks and created a relaxing ambiance.Ps: Do not skip the chance to have dinner here, the chef is FANTASTIC!This hotel is the perfect combination of perfectionism and warmth, making it feel like a home away from home.

Liked: The location is outstanding. The staff is incredible and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food at the Audrey’s restaurant is outstanding. The property is very unique. The bathroom is huge. I’ve stayed at two different locations in Lisbon and this one is the best.
Disliked: I didn’t have hot water in the shower. The staff immediately came up, but there was something wrong and it was never fixed. I was only there for two nights. This was an isolated incident, and not an overall reflection of the property.
