Superb

Liked: The staff at reception were friendly, polite and helpful, and lent us a portable weighing gadget when we needed to check the weight of our suitcases. I love that there was cucumber water down in the lobby for us to help ourselves to! Our room was warm, clean and comfortable.Great location as well, and literally just a walk away from the Duomo Milano and other places of interest. Had I known we could have hired bikes, I think this would have been a great way to get round the city!
Disliked: Considering the price we paid for two nights, and the fact that this was Milan, I'd say our stay was good value for money, and I would stay again.If I have to complain about anything, I'd say that breakfast wasn't great, and was overpriced; for 12 euros each, I would have expected cooked eggs and much better coffee.The walls of the rooms weren't very well sound-proofed either.

Superb

Liked: The location is good, 5 mins away from the metro, 20-25 mins on foot from the very center of Milan. Very nice and friendly staff, clean room and comfy place.
Disliked: A little too noisy cause it's on a busy road, the room is a bit too small too. It was cold there and I couldn't figure out the heating for some time, neither could the staff, haha))

Disliked: The fact that the on heater from 6pm to 8am. Heaters shouldn’t be regulated during winter!!

Liked: The location is good, center, few parks around, not as criminal as other areas in the city. (Maybe because is a jail in front of:) )
Disliked: The hotel seems to be 100 years old, everything is old in the room, nothing been renewed since it was build.... it is actually a shame for Milan propose such a ugly old room for such a high price. Is a deep crisis in the country I see.... very sad(
