Rude/careless staff(Front desk clerk) Absolutely...

Disliked: Oh wow where do I even start OK so when me and my girlfriend first arrived the clerk was very rude and he seemed discriminatory so we get there and he proceeds to say he’s going to look up our reservation it took him 30 minutes to find it and I feel like that was a complete lie because we had did it an hour prior I think he just didn’t want us to stay there because he was clearly judging us from the start I think he thought that we were super young because we do look young and that we probably didn’t have our credentials in order to get a room but once he finally finally magically found a reservation at 30 minutes he asked for my ID and my credit card which I provided and gave us a room key and me and my girlfriend proceeded to our room only to be very shocked and disappointed and bamboozled to what we saw the room was absolutely horrendous not clean at all and I’m pretty sure the housekeeper didn’t even bother to enter that room today. So we were instantly going to go down there and complain of course but he beat us to it he was at our door three minutes later and you would think he would be trying to change the room and or accommodate us but no he has the audacity to say I’m going to change your room because there’s an old man lives downstairs below you which we couldn’t understand what the point or reason was for telling us that unless he was trying to insinuate that we will be too loud or rambunctious to be above him … I always thought You went to hotels to unwind and have I don’t know FUN but we started packing up still eager to get us a new room anyway . Then all of a sudden he says nevermind it’s okay then leaves . ( which had me thinking ok we wants us to stay in this shithole clearly .

Liked: The staff and hotel was dirty, had roaches and bugs inside the Refrigerator and microwave The Bedding and was stained with blood and other substances
Disliked: The manager was very rude. Took my deposit for complaining about the bugs and the bedding and the floors were dirty. There was no toilet paper and my towels had stains on them.
