Liked: Historically significant in the riverside area. Close to the mission inn that was the same architecture and designer.
Disliked: Staff rude and very upfront about there rules that don't jive with the reservation service.

Liked: This is a super cool old structure really close to the convention center. I really wanted to like it. I think many of the rooms are different, I thought I was booking a normal room, but it was almost a small apartment. There is a modern heater/AC unit.
Disliked: -The windows are OLD, they don't block any street noise. -There was a homeless man sleeping outside my room one morning. -The smell of cleaning products is strong. -The towels are very cheap. -The parking lot is tiny & street parking is oddly restrict

Liked: Quaint. You get what you pay for. It was great for the price. Historical Landmark.

Liked: The location is good to downtown Riverside.
Disliked: The staff did not believe there was a reservation even when shown the email and confirmation number. The staff told my aunt that there was NO reservation when in fact there was.

There was no coffee or other amenities available for guests, this, however, this hotel did live up to its one star rating.

Liked: The best thing was that the reservation ended.
Disliked: The cockroaches were plentiful, it lacked enough parking spaces for guest, street parking is limited and the parking is very limited.

Liked: nothing really, motel used as apartments as well, lot of low income people living there. trashy.
Disliked: wifi was not available at my room, microwave was busted, limited toilet paper dirty towels
