Liked: The location is good but can't make up for its shortcomings
Disliked: There was an angry email when I was in transit that my card had been rejected and my booking would be cancelled. When I arrived at the hotel the payment had gone through. The man on the front desk was about the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was annoyed when he asked for identification and I gave my passport. "Not that - your drivers licence" which I had to find. Room is barely passable. Not even a cup in the room. $200 deposit for damage and it took 10 days to be returned. They never answer messages on booking.com. I could go on, but I saw the low score from other reviewers and booked it anyway. My fault. Sadly I used to love San Juan but I will never be back now

Liked: People with respiratory issues should be warned about the poor air quality in the hotel rooms. I book the hotel room last minute and did not stay in the hotel room after noticing the overall quality of the room.
Disliked: Poor air quality, room was under maintained, smelled moldy, and unprofessional management.

Liked: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The room was extremely small and dirty. No towels or pillows. employees were noisy early in the morning, such as they were hanging out in a nightclub. Our room was very close to the lobby, do not stay in any rooms on the first floor. Also the front desk floor was sandy which made it slippery. Not recommended

Disliked: Very uncomfortable beds, sloped to the middle, the out side window light underneath head board it's rays in your eyes, unappealing bed spreads and pillows so thin.

Liked: Basic hotel 2nd in line to the beach, with a lovely view from entry deck and Cafe, the 24hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and close to plenty of restaurants and bus stop to Old Town on main strip.(The bus was free, and also goes to the airport, but we read no luggage allowed).

Disliked: Room a little basic. No cups or coffee maker. And internet did not work.
