Liked: The customer service was exceptional and so kind and welcoming. Front receptionist Ivan & housekeeper Supervisor Maria was so attentive of us definitely will be returning.
Disliked: There’s not one thing I didn’t love about this stay.

Liked: us close to the airport
Disliked: the facilities are old and the care of the place is mediocre. The first floor hall floor was wet and significant amount of water on the floor increasingg the risk for falls and attracting mosquitoes

Liked: The property is nice and right next to the beach. You get to wake up to a beautiful view and get to go to the beach since it’s just a few minutes away.
Disliked: I didn’t like how we were treated when we arrived, the man helping us out was very rude even when leaving but it was only that one specific man I didn’t get his name but the housekeeping ladies were nice and the other two concierge members were nice and helpful
