Liked: Typical motel. The room was OK. Beds were comfortable. The wifi was OK. Simple but descent breakfast. I didn’t manage to use swimming pool. Local tavern is next door

Liked: I have stayed there twice recently. The 1st room was small and dark yet with a light outside that kept turning on an off all night. Very very annoying. Second room was much more spacious, much nicer it had a place to sit and eat, a desk to work at. So they do have nice rooms but not all are created equally.

Exceptional

Good hotel, but no wi-fi...

Liked: This hotel is perfectly located to explore Cape Cod. The facilities were clean and comfortable. If not for the wi-fi issue we had, this could have been a great stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had no working wi-fi in our room for our entire stay. We alerted the staff right away who said they would have someone look into it, but it never improved. Only upon checking out was I told that a maintenance person had checked the wi-fi from outside the suite on the second day and found they could access it. However, we had three devices and none could access the wi-fi network from inside the room during any part of the stay. Not sure if this was because we had the suite at the very end of the building.While we were able to go into the lobby to access wi-fi, we had needed to check business and personal email during our stay, plus do further planning for the rest our trip. The lack of access definitely affected our enjoyment here. Although staff were otherwise friendly and helpful, the front desk should have also followed up with us in response to our wi-fi complaint on the first night.The complimentary breakfast was acceptable but not great. Options were somewhat limited and, of the two hot items, the pan of sausages was empty on one of the days we went.
