Disliked: We had big bags and there is no lift. Staff did offer to carry bags up for us

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place....

Liked: I loved every aspect of my stay. The room was amazing - the view was absolutely stunning, all fittings and equipment were clean, in good condition and well-considered. I ate on-site twice - dinner in the restaurant and brunch in the cafe. Food and drinks were great quality and staff were friendly and helpful. Also a good-sized pool was great for relaxing.
Disliked: Nothing - all good!

Amazing aparthotel can’t wait to...

Liked: The room was amazing and had everything we needed. The whole building is really stylish with a lovely cafe. The pool and gym were really well equipped. Amazing location - we had a fab time!
Disliked: The only one thing would be how hot the pool room was - perhaps the ventilation could be looked into?

Pleasant

Liked: The restaurant. Much better food then expected, but too many hard surfaces so v noisy
Disliked: The fact that the whole set up is aimed at the younger generation. A smart phone & barcode reader are needed to find out how the oven work! The windows are all sealed.

Liked: Great play areas for kids. Spacious apartment for us all. Loved the sea view
Disliked: Part of our view from our room wasn't great as looking onto the back of next doors building. We were on the second floor

Exceptional

Liked: This was our holiday from our long term travel, a fantastic space. Great pool, cafe, and the gym was excellent I used it every day of our stay.It is located outside of Newquay but this means it is very quiet but still close enough by car.The view from our room was exceptional and walking along the cliff to the next bay was good with access to the beach.

Relaxing stay by the sea

Liked: Fabulous room with incredibly comfy super king bed and everything you need for a longer stay (cooking utensils etc).The facilities were amazing, very well equipped gym considering the size and the pool was clean and really nicely done. Staff were very accommodating when we had to delay our check out slightly, and there was always someone on hand to answer questions - couldn’t recommend enough.
