Disliked: Very limited amenities in the rooms. Lobby could use updating.

A decent hotel but needs...

Liked: The location is nice.
Disliked: The pillows are awful. The mirror on the bathroom wall is back lit and has a blue power button on the front that is lit up when the mirror is off. That means when you’re trying to sleep, there is a bright blue light shining into the room. It’s very unfortunate & disruptive. If you’re on the first or second floor plan on hearing the guest above you stomp around. The people above us were awake each morning at 3AM stomping around their room. Don’t plan on getting much sleep. Screaming children. It was really poor parenting. You’re in a hotel, not an amusement park. When I called the front desk to ask if they could help, they were very dismissive and rude. I don’t feel there’s anything wrong with letting the parents of screaming children know that there are other guests in the hotel.I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. I’m fairly certain that was the last time.

Nice location but door lock...

Liked: Location good and parking was easy and no extra charge.
Disliked: Door lock to bathroom didn’t work and door wouldn’t close. Also the bolt on the door to the outside would not close. No coffee making was available in the room and coffee at the office wasn’t available until after 8 am. This was a major issue for us. We’d have to go out to find coffee because the place didn’t offer it. And most tourists aren’t there to sleep in and hang out in their rooms!
