Enjoyable- except for the Hurricane...

Disliked: The pool music- very boring and no “vibe”

Overall, very good!

Liked: The resort is beautiful, so clean and well maintained! The staff was over and above the norm these days. Breakfast was lovely with really friendly, exceptional servers.
Disliked: Balcony directly across from large, loud venting system with less than appealing views of the roofing systems. Both locks on sliding door broken upon arrival. Time stuck in malfunctioning elevator.However, the staff was good about quickly addressing these issues for repair and did so very pleasantly.

Honeymoon Getaway

Liked: Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us throughout our stay. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and all the local haunts !
Disliked: Overall the hotel was first class and the amenities were out of this world but we did notice that the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold at times...

Liked: Nothing I liked about this hotel.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was not polite ,not friendly and so rude . I never recommend for my friend or family to stay there . Bye Opal Colletion.
