Liked: Spacious, well insulated room with a lovely shady front garden.The property is within walking distance to Deakin Avenue shops and other facilities. The bed was firm and comfortable enough.
Disliked: Flooring needs to be updated. Floating boards in the lounge room walkway are old and beginning to lift.

Liked: The carpark was locked up at night. The rooms were decent and clean enough for a motel. The room layout was good with .1 queen and 2 singles. They had kettle, microwave, toaster and cutlery in the room. Toilet and bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast was good for a free continental breakfast.
Disliked: There was quite alot of grotty stains on the walls. I gave everything a wipe down with disinfection wipes. The balcony was dirty so we didn't use it. The plants is overgrown.
