What, no cold water!!

Disliked: Unfortunately, our room didn't have cold water in the bathroom sink. Weird, I know, but the hot water was hot, and the cold water was warm. I left the water running for a few minutes, thinking it just needed to run to get to the cold, but the cold water never came. I did report it to the front desk. Other than that, or stay was great.

Super clean with great comfy...

Liked: Bed and pillows were super comfy. Towels were fluffy and clean and of great quality. Room was super clean and decor and furnishings were quite nice for this calibre hotel.
Disliked: Soap/shampoo etc. were of low quality and could be improved, and when I adjusted temperature in room it was blowing out cold air in bedroom and fan was extremely loud so I just turn it off. Temperature was still ok so I only brought this to attention of staff at check out. Also, given conference and large amount of people checking out at the same time, hotel should ensure more front counter staff to accommodate. Might want to consider updating showers.
