Liked: Comfortable beds. When we checked in, we received an upgrade to a Queen suite for an awesome price. Restaurant food was delicious and our waiter was fantastic.

Very Comfortable for a Pre-Flight...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and attentive in giving information and fixing any issue I had, has very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with convenient vending machines and ice machines on most floors, very convenient for staying in the day before my flight, shuttle to airport runs frequently
Disliked: Location is pretty out of the way of any other location, hotel restaurant is the only one nearby.

Nice place

Liked: The hotel staff were really polite and understanding, and the rooms were also very clean. I had no issues with parking at all. I’m sure I’ll stay here again when I come to Toronto.
Disliked: When I wanted to spend some time in the lobby, I couldn’t find a place to get a coffee. And this made me a bit upset because I had to get in my car and go out to get coffee.
