Liked: Here's a draft for your review:---I had a very mixed experience during my stay. Initially, the customer service at the front desk was absolutely terrible. Two men, who I assume were a manager and his counterpart, were incredibly dismissive. When I had concerns, they rudely told me they were fully booked and that I could leave if I didn’t like it – all while reminding me that I’d still be charged for canceling my 5-night stay. Their attitude left a lot to be desired and set a negative tone at the start of my trip.Thankfully, my experience was saved by Noah and the rest of the team, who provided outstanding customer service. Noah was everything you’d hope for in hospitality: professional, friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. Coming from a background in the cruise ship and hospitality industry, I can confidently say that Noah delivered first-class service and made my stay enjoyable despite the earlier issues.It’s unfortunate that poor management and ill-suited staff at the front desk can undermine a guest’s experience and even tarnish the company’s reputation. I would caution future guests about dealing with certain individuals at check-in, but if you’re lucky enough to encounter Noah, you’re in great hands.Management should seriously address these issues to ensure consistent service across the board, as one exceptional employee can only do so much to counteract the damage caused by others.---Feel free to adjust as needed!
Disliked: Title: Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Billing PracticesReview:I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel that I want to share to warn others. I booked a five-night stay for $1,395 through Booking.com, but the hotel charged my credit card over $2,100 instead. When I inquired about the additional charges, they initially tried to blame Booking.com. However, after contacting my credit card company, I learned these charges came directly from the hotel. This was the first of many red flags in an experience marked by poor service and frustration.Before my arrival, I reached out to the hotel for 8 days trying to switch to a King room with a washer and dryer. This room was actually less expensive than my current booking. Yet, they told me to cancel my booking, lose my $300 deposit with Booking.com, and pay an extra $30 per night upgrade fee. They claimed this was the only way to accommodate my request, despite my booking having no washer and dryer. To make matters worse, the King room with the washer and dryer was now $1,300—cheaper than my current booking! But instead of adjusting the rate, they insisted I pay the extra nightly fee, or forfeit my deposit by canceling.The front desk staff member I dealt with was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. When I asked for a reasonable solution, I was simply told to pay the additional fees. Having worked in the travel industry myself, I found this level of customer service a major fail. I even asked if I could shorten my stay from 5 nights to 2, but he vaguely warned I might lose all my money if I tried to change or cancel any part of my booking.To summarize, this hotel charged me over $2,100 for a booking of $1,395, refused a reasonable room adjustment, and displayed a blatant lack of customer care. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be warning my own clients against it. Proceed with caution if you’re considering a stay here.

Lovely place to stay if...
Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean.
Disliked: The hot water in the shower was almost nonexistent. I meant to say something on my check out but forgot.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff member that almost ruined my stay was ABDUL. A very arrogant man that works @ the front desk. He was very RUDE, DIFFICULT to speak to and made every interaction with him feel like he's the boss. Also, the doors to my suite were always giving trouble.They were always " stuck "

Liked: I was there with friends for the night in toronto. what a beautiful hotel. it's clean and comfortable. And great price. excellent view of the airport and we have a balcony overlooking the golf course. just beautiful
