Have stayed a few times...

Liked: New, fresh, clean. Spacious rooms.
Disliked: Pillows were too fluffy (personal preference). Heat did not stay on through the night. No breakfast included.

Liked: We were not happy with our shower it made weird sounds when you stood on the floor that neighbors could hear. I told the receptionist Danizelle and she was understanding and apologized. I would come back just because of her excellent service. We also thought pool was fun for our kids.

Liked: The hotel is very well decorated. Everything fits together beautifully, not tacky mismatched carpet like other places I’ve stayed at. The staff is friendly and fast which makes checking in and out a seamless process
Disliked: On a previous stay I ended up with a room with a very uncomfortable bed but I think that was a fluke because every other time it has been great. The pillows aren’t all that comfortable either no matter which one I pick so I usually just bring my own
