Disappointing

Liked: Sandman has retained the courtyard garden. Hats off to the gardeners. It is an oasis in the cold winters.The reception employees went out of their way to answer requests & make one welcome.
Disliked: TV did not work for the 2nd night stay. Evidently, the reception was out and the repairman could not fix the problem.Cleaning request for a full clean had to let reception know before 10am. There were 3 levels of cleaning servicesUpon returning to my room at 5pm. - the bedsheets had not been changed nor was the bed made. The breakfastin the courtyard was expensive. Food was scarce on the plate. Servers expected a tip for doing their job.

Liked: Shower that was accessible
Disliked: Shower had a rusty frame than needs to cleaned. I wiped it with a tissue and it came off.

We pretty much just stopped...

Liked: Clean, close to the highway, good restaurant on site, friendly staff, comfortable beds, big room (king with sofa bed), central A/C was much quieter than the wall units usually in hotels.
Disliked: Seems to be some water damage to carpets, one overhead light didn’t work.
