Liked: Nice pool. Big hot tub. Common areas look very nice. Staff was professional and helpful. Location is hard to Beat
Disliked: The room was filthy. Blood stains on the sheets (not an exaggeration) the curtains had stains that looked like happy man stains. I'm pretty sure if I had used a black light in there I would have just noped out of there.

Fantastic Hotel in Kamloops

Liked: the Room was Awesome Beds were very comfortable.Will stay again next year. Games at Sandman Centre

Dirty and beat up

Liked: The layout of the room
Disliked: The room has been used and abused. And was so dirty. The previous guests items were still in the room upon check in.

Good hotel

Liked: Clean, good value for money, easily accessible
Disliked: Everybody warns about the noise from the trains, and the hotel even supplies a white noise machine. To be honest, the AC, the heating, and the white noise machine were by far louder and more disturbing than any train during the night.
