First off I booked it through ConcertHotels and it said $69 plus taxes. Came out to $77.92. I showed my girlfriend and booked it. The price was right there on the screen while I put in the credit card info. When we arrived they told me it was 100 bucks. Then parking was 25 bucks. Although they never told me that until morning. It was dirty. Disgusting towels and garbage on the floor. I had to check the mattress for bed bugs. I have pictures but most likely can't put them up. Oh and it was under construction and had no hot water until 5 pm. Also pool and hot tub were unavailable. So nothing worked, it was gross and I was overcharged. I will be staying at the Delta from now on - same price and they treat you great. It's clean and parking is cheaper.

Liked: The only good thing that was good is that we were close to venue.
Disliked: Rip off; disgusting, cheap hotel.

Liked: Quick stop over after a long flight. Good sized room with a decent shower on a high floor as requested. Easy walk to shopping and dining destinations but it’s not in a nice part of town. The surrounding area is full of drug users and quite intimidating when returning at night. The A/C in the room is old and noisy which disturbs your rest if you’re not a deep sleeper. No shower gel is provided, instead just a bar of soap leaving your skin feeling clammy. Parking for larger vehicles at $20 didn’t feel safe at all!

Liked: Overall it was a good stay. However, the phone wasn't working, the toilet was wabbly, the hairdryer smelt like it was burning and then it cut out. Had a second one brought to me and same thing. Asked for a third and it worked. Then the two bath robes hanging in the closet, when I put one on it smelled like B.O.

It was wonderful! Great beds....

Liked: Our biggest dislike was that only one elevator went down into the parkade, so sometimes you were waiting 15 minutes for that exact elevator to finally be free to use
