A booking agent put me into a room at the hotel when we had requested and paid for a Junior Suite (needing a microwave and fridge). Even before I presented the confirmation details, the Sandman offered to upgrade me immediately. I was able to move the very next morning. Susan, at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and even called me taxis.

Great place to stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had originally booked did not have air conditioning so they gave us a suite at no extra cost which was fabulous. The room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen and all the amenities which was nice for the price.
Disliked: The pillows were a little flat but the bed was very comfortable
