A bit of a let...

Liked: The room was great as always.
Disliked: I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to check in as their system went down right as I walked in. The pool and hot tub were out of service also. I was not offered any kind of compensation for being late checking in, I was in town for a dance show and only had a limited amount of time to get ready and 45 minutes was spent sitting in the lobby.

Liked: Very well presented, clean and accessible!
Disliked: Changes to daily room turn overs, we didn’t understand… didn’t get service so had to ask for more shampoo/conditioner/soap and to remove towels & replace with new ones.

Liked: I liked that it was located close to mall.
Disliked: That the pool and hottub were closed and booking.com didn't know that.
