We were treated very well. We had arrived early to check in and change for a wedding in the Wedding Pavilion. Earliest check in was established and Denny's was pointed out for a lunch. The room was excellent; all timelines were met for the wedding. We were only 4 minutes away from our destination. Doris and Ed.

Liked: Our room was amazing we got an upgrade to a King Suite with Jacuzzi :) We slept like a dream the bed was so comfy I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: No complimentary water in the room. As we were from out of town we had to purchase water for our room

Disliked: showing its age, rusty drains, dirty walks, old furniture; housekeeping staff did refresh towels but did not restock tea or sugar/powdered coffee creamer even though I left sign out that asked for such snd they did not make bed. Room had a fridge so why not fresh coffee creamer??Sadly their boiler went down first morning so cold shower. I realize things can happen but had to argue with front desk staff for discount - Tried to blame it on hotel being at max capacity - that is what every hotel wants so they have to provide service to meet that max capacity.

Disliked: Old sinks, old plumbing, old worn out carpet, old furniture. Place needs a renovation.
