Overall the room was very clean and comfortable - the few staff we talked to were friendly. My only one little thing was that there could have been a couple of extra pillows on the bed. For a queen size bed four pillows would definitely make it more comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were attending a concert at the Credit Union Centre. Having the pool area open at 6 a.m. and a 12 checkout was wonderful, as we could enjoy the pool and not be rushed. Staff were friendly.

Clean and very accommodating.

Liked: We stayed due to a family medical and needed to extend our stay. The front desk staff accommodated us by letting us remain in our room which was so appreciated during a stressful time. The St. Paddy’s treats set out in the lobby for guests was a nice touch - thank you!

Liked: We have always liked this hotel simply because of the Sharks Club attached. The service there was terrible and it wasn’t even very busy. We returned at 10:30 in the evening from a concert and the VLTs were shut off so that was disappointing
Disliked: Property is very dated and as above the bar which we usually enjoy was not good
