You have an excellent cleaning...

Liked: I am handicapped and when I checked in the man at the front desk was most accommodating, changing my room to one very near the rear parking lot, so I wouldn't have far to go to my room.
Disliked: Here's a suggestion, take it or leave it... I enjoyed the bath, but if I wanted to take a shower then I would have appreciated being able to phone the desk and getting a seating board sent to my room.

Disappointing

Liked: We did get our room moved.
Disliked: the first room we had booked was a king suite. It was right next to the parking lot and customer door. Would have been a nightmare with all the comings and goings of two U15 hockey teams. So, they were unable to get another king bed, so moved to the third floor where we got a Queen room with kitchenette. It was ok...better than staying right next to the car park and entrance. We were unable to use the hot tub in the evenings as it was overrun by the hockey teams. We did mange to go once during the day, not for lack of trying. ALSO, I can't even count how many times our key cards didn't work. This was especially inconvenient being on the third floor to have to come down and get a card every time. We eventually got 4 cards. Looking at the online pictures, this looked like a newer hotel. I think just the atrium/pool is. This building is pretty dated...hall carpets are very worn...rooms are a bit dated. Especially the dungeon king room on the first floor.
