Liked: Location is great and the kitchen though we didn’t use that wasn’t aware it had stove top, toaster and plates and cutlery, this was a nice surprise.
Disliked: The fact that if your even 5 minutes early they won’t let you register in and hold us to come back in 15 minutes. At which time there was then a very long lineup .Hotel is starting to look worn and torn, terrible smell in hallway on the 3rd floor anyway. Traffic noise next time will ask for an even number room side of the building. Wasn’t told there would be a $50 per day holding fee until we registered. Hate to think what would happen if we were going to stay a week or more.

Liked: Check in night auditor samil he was super nice and friendly and helpful. All staff members wete friendly also was night to have dennys snd chops next door.

Disliked: Why on earth would they put key card access for their elevators? I will never return to this hotel again. I stay here all the time but not when you have to use a key card to access the elevators that’s a bit much
