Liked: Access to restaurants through the hotel. Overall a good stay.
Disliked: Room could be cleaner and in better repair, also guests above our room were loud.

My fave place, but this...

Liked: Ive stayed here before. It's an amazing hotel and everything is great but...
Disliked: The lock on the door was broken and no one would answer the front desk.The hot water wasnting working in the shower and they out me beside a vending machine and people were making noise until 12am.

Love this Hotel, fantastic service!

Liked: We got to the hotel a little late because of the winter storm we traveled in. Gordon was so helpful and checked us in quick and offered us an upgraded room. Such great service. We stay at the Sandman everywhere we go and does not disappoint. Keep up the great work.
Disliked: I loved everything about this place
