Won’t book again.

Liked: Close to West Edmonton Mall and the hot tub
Disliked: We originally had a king room and got an email to upgrade to a king room with a jacuzzi so we did. When we got there the front desk lady told us no. And wasn’t nice about it just kept arguing so I just shut up and went to my room. The shower floods the bathroom because the glass only covers 1/3 of the shower.

Disliked: People were loud after 11, and the bed cot was hard as a rock.

Enjoyable stay. Would book again...

Liked: Love two restaurants on site, and staff was very kind and helpful. Nice pool facilities.
Disliked: A little warn down. Water damage to a big chunk on the bathroom trim in my room.
