Disliked: Every accessible room should have a bath chair in the shower. We were told one wasn't available. I think that is unacceptable. Other than that the rooms were great.

Disliked: The housekeeping service was terrible.Sometimes unsatisfatory, sometimes absent.

Disliked: WI-FI kept disconnecting. It would be nice just to reconnect automatically.

Disliked: Did not appreciate paying full price for receiving no housekeeping for two nights. Staff were off for Christmas which is understandable, however I would expect that the price would also be reflective of the planned reduction in service.
