Disliked: The bed was very small and not comfortable at all.The rooms were not sound proof you can hear the simplest sounds from the corridors and the neighbor roomsThe AC has a very noisy soundTheir is no privacy in the bathroom as there is no door its just a curtain and restroom door is glass and transparent

Absolutely great location

Liked: Property is in an excellent location within accessible distance from most attractions in central London. It offers good value for money, most of the staff are nice. One observation is that they would bring only two bottles of water and 2 capsules of coffee per day, but you can request more by calling the front desk.
Disliked: None that I can think of.
