Disliked: Although we didn't use them an update on the kitchen appliances would go along way. Also, we realize the grounds are under repair. Once completed this will make the property amazing. The room was a pleasant surprise.

Liked: Fantastic location. Spectacular ocean views.

Liked: We made our own breakfasts in the compact kitchen in the room. It had everything we needed.
Disliked: The shower took forever to get even moderately warm, and never did get to a good shower temperature.

Liked: Simple and clean ... love it there in the summer too. Wonderful views and very very quiet. Close to the town and eateries if you don't want to cook in your unit.

The location is perfect and...

Liked: Breakfast was not included. The location is wonderful with a view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The balcony was closed off as it was rotting and needed replacement. Much of the building looks shabby and needs upkeep. The dishes and kitchen utensils were minimal and lacking many items.
