Liked: Charged extra for my service emotional support animals and was told no charge very rude my girls are cleaner than kids and trained very disappointed very rude they can check my room and charge me if damage or takes deposit and return it if damage they just make anything up for money unnecessary charges for beautiful animals providing a service for the disabled.

Disliked: House keeping threw my 300$ hoodie away… said “it was rolled up and looked like trash”…. It was folded??? How does a thick hoodie look like trash? Also the hair dryer didn’t work
