Liked: The lady reception was nice lady. She was good in communication and in helping.

It was so so.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and she assisted me very well requiring all the information I needed. The kitchenette was easy to use.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The cleaner did not clear the room properly. The previous guest's stuff was still everywhere. The air cooler was only in one room. There was nothing to the other room. Not even a portable fan. There was hair dryer that did not even work.

I got catfished.

Liked: Nothing, there was nothing i could like. Description and photos did not match the actual hotel.
Disliked: The amount money this hotel charges is not worth it, there is night and day difference between the photos and actual delivery. Very poor experience. There was dirt and cabinet and balcony doors were falling apart.

It was OK.

Liked: I liked the location of the motel, even the kitchenette rooms are good.
Disliked: Appliances were old school, floor and carpets are sticky and can't walk without sandals, shower tap was broken and one tile was broken which might hurt kids.

Liked: 5 minutes away from the beach.
Disliked: Everything is dirty, from the microwave to the bed sheets. The microwave has a cup of coffee inside and when we remove it, the cup has so many moulds in it so I figured that they haven't cleaned the microwave for so long. Bed sheets have so many stains.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and pleasant and always smiling.They were able to help with directions.They responded quickly when needed an extra garbage and toilet paper.Excellent value for the cost.
Disliked: The facility could use a bit of freshening up.The building was showing a bit of age.

Fine for a one night...

Liked: Good location close to restaurants and stores. We were a couple hours early for check in so I rang reception and the woman there was very nice and checked to see if our room was available early which it was. Rooms had balconies which was a bonus.
Disliked: The cleaning standards really let this place down unfortunately. I read the reviews before booking so was prepared for what we might find. As mentioned in some reviews, the entrance stairwell is not well maintained, lots of dog hair on the carpets - smelt like dog and weed which is not the best first impression. We had the family room and it actually wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Beds appeared clean and surfaces and kitchenette were wiped down. It was the washroom that did not appear to be fully cleaned - the floors were covered with hair, hair also on the shower walls. Also found an old shaving cream bottle next to the bed table. I think if they just put more effort into the cleaning it could be a pleasant short term stay. The patio door also did not lock which made it less secure for storing valuables.
