Liked: Great service friendly staff,food was hot the whole complex was decorated lovely ie xmas decorations.
Disliked: didn't like that the heating in the chalet was not very warm as its turned off at certain times so it took ages to warm chalet up.

Great value for the money...

Liked: Good food , good location with great walks and good entertainment. Plenty of bar staff in the bar so no long queue.
Disliked: chalet just needed a bit of updating.

Liked: Very clean good value for money
Disliked: Could never get a seat in Ballroom people put clothes on tables and chairs before evening meals, staff should not a loud people to save seats. Blue coats were brilliant
