Liked: Very limited choice for breakfast. Not sound roof room. towels are old and tough. the blanket is not comfortable and makes a rough sound when toasting
Disliked: It could be better with brighter light and more comfortable pillows and blankets.

Liked: The location is good – it's close to Central Park and within easy reach of all my planned travel destinations, which made getting around the city very convenient.Breakfast is OK.
Disliked: My check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived on a Friday evening around 10 p.m., and there was no one at the reception to assist me. After waiting for some time, I asked the doorman to call a staff member via radio, but there was no response. I ended up waiting over half an hour before someone finally returned to the front desk – without any apology for the delay.
