Disliked: The door could be opened a little even when it was closed.The breakfast was below criticism. Sometimes we couldn't even sit down because of the dirty plates and the many people.In addition, upon arrival, they immediately take a deposit of about $300, which in my case, for example, they forgot to return. And I could write quite a few more things…

Comfortable, surprisingly quiet, great location...

Liked: The room was well appointed and comfortable, staff great and perfect central location. When booking I asked for a quiet room and it was very peaceful, away from the road side of the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast was the only area I think could be improved.On 2 days there were no croissants or yogurts left by the time I arrived, and only Frosties on offer cereal wise.Some muesli and fresh fruit salad would have been nice to have. Also no tea/coffee in rooms ...but I think that's a modern trend!

Hotel nice but Sky bar...

Liked: Location was great. Nice and clean. Great staff.
Disliked: The sky bar need to work on customer service. Sat at the bar for 15 mins and was never greeted or served so we left. Can back later that evening and it was a little better but not much. Work on that for sure. The pillows were way too soft and not very comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast could have more ! We were disappointed on the price bookings charged as if i wanted to get day before arrival it was 200 dollars cheaper. I mentioned to staff but they said i should mention to you. I feel i use bookings a lot and should get a credit as i was overcharged. Thank you. Linda Walsh
