Great hotel, great staff, more...

Liked: Location, Attentive staff, & comfortable beds
Disliked: More variety needed at breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights and found ourselves eating the same breakfast every morning.

Passable

Disliked: We were in a room that was directly outside the elevator floor, which was noisy and heard everyone coming and going.

I would stay here again,...

Liked: The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard. Hotel staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. They also allowed us to store our luggage for free while we saw the city after checking out.
Disliked: We checked in at 3PM and returned to our room after a night out (around 1030PM). When we got back into our room, someone had come into it and moved things around (maybe cleaning staff)? It made us feel pretty weird, but nothing was missing, so I guess "no harm no foul".

Liked: Very close to Times Square but was not noisy at all! Very clean and cozy hotel and room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was ready to put our bags in and relax before exploring the city, would 100% recommend staying here.
